Run The Troubleshooter:
Step 1:Select the Start button on your Windows 10 computer.

Step 2:Now, type services in the search box.
Step 3:Next, select the Services option from the search results.
Step 4:In the Services window, scroll down the page and double-click on the Windows Media Player Network Sharing Services option.
Step 5:Go to the General tab in the next window.
Step 6:Click on the Startup type field and select the Disable option from the drop-down list.
Step 7:Click the Apply button and click OK.
Step 8:Next, click on the Stop button below the Service status section.
Step 9:Enable the Windows Media Player Network Sharing Services again and check whether Windows Media Player is working correctly.
