Method 1: Running the System File Checker
Step 1: This method will automatically find and repair the corrupted files that are blocking your Windows computer from resetting.
Step 2: Open the Command Prompt application. To do so, open Apps and select and right-click on the Command Prompt application. Click the Run as administrator option.
Step 3: Now, in the CMD window, type the “sfc /scannow” command and tap Enter. Wait for the checker to scan and repair the corrupted system files.
Step 4: Once it is done, restart your computer.
Step 5: After your Windows 10 computer restarts, try to reset it.

Step 10: After fixing the issue, re-enable ReAgentc.exe. To do so, run the “reagentc /enable” command in the CMD window.
