- Step 1: Turn on your PC and insert the USB drive into cthe USB port.
- Step 2: Open the USB drive volume.
- Step 3: Locate the Exe virus-infected file on the USB drive.
- Step 4: Right-click the infected file and click Delete.
- Step 5: After deleting the file, disconnect your USB drive and re-insert it.
- Step 6: Check if the virus exists. If yes, then delete it using the Task Manager and Control Panel.
- Step 7: Press the Ctrl + Shift + ESC keys simultaneously to open the task manager window.
- Step 8: Locate the process related to the Exe virus file and click End Process.
- Step 9: Next, open Control Panel and click Programs and Features.
- Step 10: Locate the process you have ended in the Task Manager and click Uninstall.
