Step 2:In the Outlook window, click the File tab at the top-left corner.
Step 3:Select the Info option from the left-side panel and click on Account Settings twice.

Step 3: Double-click the Security tab and select LiveUpdate.

Reinstall Norton Antivirus
Step 1: If the error remains unsolved, download the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool from the official Norton site and save it to your computer.
Step 2: Double-click the downloaded file to run the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool.
Step 3: If the device prompts for User Account Control, click Yes.
Step 4: Double-click the NRnR icon and select Agree to accept the license agreement.
Step 5: Click Remove and Reinstall and confirm your action to remove all the Norton Antivirus programs from your computer.
Step 6: If prompted, click Restart Now.
Step 7: Once your computer restarts, carry out the instructions in the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool to reinstall the Norton Antivirus program.
