Bitdefender Antivirus is one of the certified software in protecting devices from known and unknown malware threats. Solution 1: Export certificates
Step 1:On your Windows computer, launch the Run command box by pressing Windows + R.
Step 2:Type ‘certlm.msc’ in the Run dialog box and click OK.
Step 3:If you are using an older Windows version, type ‘mmc.exe’ in the Run dialog box and click OK.
Step 4:Next, click the File tab and select the Add/Remove Snap-in option from the drop-down list.
Step 5:In the Available snap-ins section, choose Certificates and click the Add button.
Step 6:In the Certificate snap-in window, select the Computer account option and click Next.
Step 7:In the This snap-in will always manage: section, select the Local computer (the computer this console is running on) option and click Finish.
Step 8:Next, locate the following certificates and give a right-click on each to select All Tasks > Export.
Step 9: DigiCert Assured ID Root CA
Step 10: DigiCert SHA2 Assured ID Code Signing CA
Step 11:Once you have exported the certificates, copy them to the program where the Patch Scan task is failing.
Step 12:Right-click the Trusted Root Certification Authorities folder and select the All Tasks option followed by Import.
Step 13:Alternatively, you can import certificates using Command Prompt.
Step 14:Reproduce the error and check if your Bitdefender Antivirus prompts the error 1627 again.

Solution 2: Reinstall Bitdefender antivirus
Step 1: On your Windows computer, open the Control Panel.
Step 2: Click the Programs tab followed by Programs and Features.
Step 3: On the Uninstall or change a program screen, locate and select the Bitdefender antivirus program from the available list.
Step 4: Click the Uninstall button next to Organize.
Step 5: If prompted, click Uninstall to confirm your action.
Step 6: Once you have removed the antivirus program, restart your computer.
Step 7: Get the recent Bitdefender Antivirus from the official site and run the installation process.
Step 8: Make sure to activate your program using the correct license key.
Step 9: Try to scan your computer files and check if the problem is resolved.
